Home Services Workflow
Lira Medika Hospital Bali
To ensure Home Services are delivered effectively, transparently, and in accordance with hospital standards, the following workflow applies:
1. Service Request (Initial Contact)
The patient or family member contacts the Admission Team through the official Lira Medika Hospital Bali contact number to request Home Services.
Required information includes:
- Patient’s name
- Service location/address
- Type of service required (doctor visit, nursing care, specific procedures, etc.)
- General condition of the patient
2. Coordination & Cost Estimation
The Admission Team will coordinate with the relevant medical team to determine the appropriate service required.
The Cashier Team will then provide a cost estimation, which includes:
- Doctor’s fee
- Nursing service fee
- Administrative fee
- (If applicable: estimated cost for procedures/equipment)
3. Approval & Deposit Payment
Once the patient or family agrees to the estimated cost:
- A deposit payment is required prior to scheduling
The deposit covers at minimum:
- Doctor’s fee
- Nursing service fee
- Administrative fee
Note:
The estimated cost and deposit do not include medications and any additional procedures that may be required during the home care visit. These costs will be adjusted based on the patient’s medical needs during the service.
Scheduling will proceed only after the deposit has been received and confirmed by the finance team.
4. Service Scheduling
After payment confirmation, the Admission Team will:
- Arrange the visit based on doctor/nurse availability
- Inform the patient of the estimated arrival time
5. Home Service Delivery
- The medical team (doctor and/or nurse) will visit the patient at the agreed location and time.
- All procedures will be carried out according to medical standards and the patient’s condition.
6. Evaluation & Cost Adjustment (If Applicable)
After the service is completed:
- The care provided will be reviewed
- Any additional services beyond the initial estimate will be communicated to the patient
7. Final Billing & Settlement
- A final cost calculation will be completed
- The deposit will be adjusted against the total bill
- Any outstanding balance must be settled by the patient
- Any excess payment will be refunded in accordance with hospital policy
8. Follow-Up (If Required)
If necessary, the medical team will provide:
- A follow-up care plan
- Schedule for the next visit
- Patient and family education
