Precursor-containing drugs (Such as cold/cough medicines containing pseudoephedrine, ephedrine, etc.).
Certain Drugs (OOT) which are synthesized from NAPZA or have NAPZA-like effects (such as tramadol, trihexyphenidyl, etc.).
All the exempted drug categories above can only be served and physically collected directly at the Pharmacy Installation counter of RSKB Lira Medika Bali by the patient's parents/legal guardians after consulting with a specialist doctor at RSKB Lira Medika Bali.
2. Delivery Booking Methods & Rates
Self-Booking by Patient: To guarantee the accuracy of the delivery point (drop-off pin) and avoid wrong addresses in dense accommodation areas (such as villa complexes or hotels), the online fleet booking must be done independently by the patient/patient's family through their preferred online ride-hailing application (e.g., GoSend, GrabExpress, etc.).
Booking Time (Ready-to-Pick): Patients are only permitted to order an online fleet after receiving official confirmation from the RSKB Lira Medika Bali Pharmacy Installation stating:
That the medication has been screened/compounded and declared READY. The hospital is not responsible for cancellation fees or courier waiting times if the patient orders the fleet before the medication is confirmed ready.
That the patient has made payment via bank transfer for the ordered medication and it has been verified by the cashier team.
Delivery Fee Responsibility: The delivery fee rates strictly follow the nominal applicable on the online application when the booking is made and must be paid directly by the patient to the courier/application provider.
3. Return & Liability Policy
Medications that have been processed, packaged, and handed over to the patient's ordered online courier cannot be canceled, exchanged, or returned in order to maintain sterility, quality, and a safe drug supply chain.
The patient is fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the destination address and ensuring there is a representative (such as a hotel/villa receptionist) ready to receive the medication when the online courier arrives at the location to avoid the risk of medications being mixed up or damaged due to prolonged outdoor delays.
